Contact form: first and last name, phone number (to get back to you on WhatsApp) and the project details you choose to share (type of work, budget, date, place, message). Reviews: first and last name, service, rating and text. Only your first name and the initial of your last name appear on the site. Client galleries: the photos from your shoot, visible only to whoever has the link or code I sent you; I only record when the gallery is opened or downloaded. Technical data: like any website, the server receives your IP address and browser data to show you the pages and protect them from abuse. Anonymous statistics: I count how many times each page is opened, where visitors come from (for example Instagram or Google) and whether they use a phone or a computer. These are only daily totals: no cookies, no IP address, nothing that could identify or track you. I don't use profiling tools.
Contact requests: to reply to you and prepare a quote, that is, to follow up on your request before any job (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Client galleries: to deliver the photos from the shoot you hired me for (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Reviews: to publish them on the site after reading them, with the consent you give by sending them (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time and the review is removed. Security and anti-spam: to protect the site and the forms from bots and abuse, in my legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Anonymous statistics: to understand which pages are of interest and where visits come from, in my legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); being anonymous totals, they don't involve personal data. Data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Contact requests: 24 months from submission, then they are deleted automatically. If they turn into a job, the necessary data is kept for as long as tax law requires. Published reviews: as long as the site is online or until you ask for them to be removed. Unpublished reviews: deleted automatically after 12 months. Client galleries: they stay available until you ask for them to be removed; you can ask at any time at [email protected]. Anonymous statistics: daily totals are deleted automatically after 25 months.
Hosting, database and anti-spam: Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, D1 database in the European Union, Turnstile for the forms). Gallery photo storage: Aruba Drive, with servers in Italy. Fonts: Google Fonts. Videos: the work is watched on YouTube and Vimeo; the site only has covers and links, no embedded videos. Contact: WhatsApp, to reply to requests from the form or if you choose to message me there. Notifications: Telegram and phone notifications, to let me know about new requests and reviews. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
The site doesn't use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies, which is why it doesn't ask for your consent. The anonymous statistics don't use cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used, for example Cloudflare's for security and anti-spam on the forms. The site only stores small technical markers without personal data in your browser: for example whether you've already seen a tip, whether the viewfinder is on, or whether the visit has just started (so it's counted only once). Session ones disappear when you close the browser.
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing (Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR), by writing to [email protected]. I'll reply within a month. If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
